Book Status

The 2011 book arrived from the printer today.  I will try to ship all existing orders by Monday, June 13. 

Mail Orders by Individuals

I made the decision two months ago to hold all orders pending the 2011 edition. That way, readers could enjoy the latest edition.  This turned out to be a mistake, however, as my research for the 2011 edition was delayed due to my law practice workload.  Furthermore, as it turns out there are very few changes for 2011.  Still, I am holding all orders until the 2011 edition arrives from the printer, and will ship them out the day the books arrive.  All mail orders that have taken over one month to fulfill will receive an extra book at no charge.
